From there, Munch builds a content strategy for your brand and fills it with ready-to-post content, including posters, carousels, video scripts, AI-generated videos, and short clips cut from your longer videos. New posts arrive every week, and you approve the ones you like with one click or edit them without any design skills.
Smart Scheduling publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok at the times your audience is most active, and a performance dashboard shows reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Munch Studio was formerly getmunch, and it began as an AI video repurposing tool. An archived copy of getmunch.com from 2024 describes it as "the #1 AI video repurposing platform," built to pull the most engaging clips out of long-form videos, add captions, and suggest social posts to go with them.
Munch Studio launched in 2025, and today getmunch.com and www.getmunch.com both send visitors straight to munchstudio.com with a permanent (301) redirect. Munch's original handles still carry the old name, including the X account @get_munch and the Facebook page GetMunchMedia.
The video work didn't go away. Every Munch Studio plan includes video repurposing minutes, the help center still covers the clipping tools longtime users know, like coherence scores, Re-Munch, subtitles, silence removal, and brand kits, and you can now schedule clips from the same Planner as the rest of your posts. What changed is that clips are one part of a complete social media system rather than the whole product.
