The Life Coach Who Finally Looked as Good as She Actually Is

“I connected my brand once and suddenly my posts were there, ready to go. It runs in the background while I focus on my clients.”

Most small businesses look inconsistent online because they are.
Jordan Blake knew it all too well.

As a life and mindset coach, Jordan had no shortage of insight to share. Her sessions were filled with breakthroughs and practical tools that helped clients shift their lives. But her online presence told a different story.

“I’d end my day completely drained,” Jordan said. “I’d think, I should post something, but then it was late, I was tired, and the idea of finding the right words or a good photo was exhausting. So I just wouldn’t do it.”

Her feed became a mix of random quotes and long gaps of silence. Jordan wasn’t invisible, but she wasn’t memorable either. And in her business, that mattered.

Falling Behind While Standing Still

Coaching depends on trust. Before a potential client books a call, they want to see consistency. Jordan’s actual clients trusted her deeply, but anyone looking her up online saw little activity.

“I’d look at my own profile and think, If I wasn’t me, would I reach out? And the answer was no,” she said.

Meanwhile, other coaches were showing up week after week with polished posts. They weren’t necessarily better, but they looked reliable. From the outside, Jordan looked like she was barely active. That perception started to cost her.

The Turning Point

Jordan didn’t want an agency she had to brief every week. She didn’t need Canva templates sitting unused on her desktop. What she needed was a platform that could just handle it.

That’s where Munch Studio came in.

“It wasn’t another tool I had to learn,” Jordan said. “I connected my brand once and suddenly my posts were there, ready to go. It runs in the background while I focus on my clients.”

Instead of staring at a blank screen, Jordan opened her phone to see her coaching insights already framed, polished, and scheduled.

Results That Spoke for Themselves

The shift was quick. Within a few weeks, her reach began growing again. People who hadn’t interacted in months started liking and commenting. One of her former clients messaged, “I’ve been seeing your advice all over my feed lately - can we set up a session again?” That single reconnection turned into a new coaching package.

Her follower count, which had been stuck for almost a year, grew by about twenty percent in three months. “People started saying, I keep seeing you pop up lately. That had never happened before,” Jordan said.

New clients noticed too. In one week alone, she received three separate inquiries that all began the same way: I feel like I already know you from your posts. Those conversations moved faster because she didn’t have to spend the first call proving she was credible.

And visibility spread beyond clients. Just two months in, Jordan was invited to run a workshop for a professional women’s group - an opportunity that came purely because the organizer kept seeing her posts online.

The Business Impact

Before Munch Studio, Jordan estimates she spent at least five hours a week worrying about how to market herself, often producing nothing at all. Now she spends less than one hour reviewing scheduled posts while publishing four to five times more than she used to.

“That’s four hours a week I get back,” she said. “Over a month, that’s basically an extra workday. And I’m spending it with clients instead of stressing about what to post.”

That consistency has reshaped her reputation. She no longer looks like a coach who occasionally shows up when she has energy. She looks like a coach who is always present and always in demand.

What Jordan Says Now

“Before Munch Studio, my social presence was an afterthought. Now it looks like I have a team running it for me. But it’s not a team - it’s a platform that just works.”
